L.Balaji born on 1966. He is a Practicing Registered Valuer, in the Panel as Valuer for 6 Nationalized Banks and 3 Scheduled Banks, Civil Engineering Consultant, Project Management Consultant, and Arbitrator. He has Completed Ph.D from Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education in the year 2022. He has completed B.E. from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi in 1988. He has completed M.E. and M.B.A., He has completed P.G. Diploma in Valuation. He has completed On-line programme in Project Management from I.I.T, Delhi in the year 2005. He has completed M.Sc (Real Estate Valuation).Presently completed L.L.B., He is in almost all professional bodies. Mr.L.BALAJI formed a new company “TRUEGEO AEROTECH PVT LTD", for Digital mapping and UAV surveying and he is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, He is International Professional Engineer and Registered Valuers.Member of RICS London. In 2012 visited U.K. to discuss on various issues related to Valuation Profession along with RICS Members.2013—attended WAVO meeting at Singapore. In 2014 , Presented a paper in WAVO conference in Singapore on REITS and was declared as the Best Paper. In 2015 - Completed a 396 Individual Residential Houses project at SULAIBIKHAT, State of KUWAIT – at an estimate of KD.
